During my year (2021-2022) as creative researcher-in-residence, I teamed up with the product, communications, learning and development, and UX teams on a range of internal and external projects. My focus was on ethnographic research, strategic ideation & insights, and storytelling to reimagine the internal L&D experience, elevate the company’s understanding of creative collaboration and unlocking creativity at an organizational level, and better serve its community who overwhelmingly identify as creatives.
